Call to order: 7:00pm by Mayor Robert Appelgren

Building Permit for Castle Rock Bank
Tim Giles of TC Construction presented plans for the remodeling of the former Roscoe's
Bar & Restaurant to be converted into a bank. The entrance to the bank will be on the
south side. They are going to tear off the back addition. Building inspector Mark
recommended that they put on the back side a sump pump and drain tile to prevent
flooding in the basement. They are working with Dakota County on getting the septic
certified
Clerk Haro made a motion to approve the building permit for David and Michelle Nicolai
on behalf of Castle Rock Bank, seconded by Friedrich. All voting in favor, none
opposed, motion passed 4:0.
Adjournment
Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Podritz, seconded by Appelgren. All voting in
favor, none opposed, motion passed 4:0. The meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
