June 3, 2026 Special Council Meeting Minutes

Call to order:

The special Randolph City Council meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Mayor Marie Jacob.

Roll Call:

Present were Mayor Marie Jacob

Council Members Tony Price, Randy Ferguson and Keith Sande and Clerk Mary Haro.

Also, in attendance was Bolton & Menk engineer, Matt Blazer and legal counsel Greta Bjerkness of Kennedy & Graven.

We closed the open meeting to go into a closed session pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05.

Adjournment

Jacob made a motion to adjourn the special meeting, seconded by Price. All voting in favor, none opposed, meeting was adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
